Plain terms for a small tool. Cixx Pty Ltd provides Setoutly on the basis set out below.

What the service does

Setoutly calculates material quantities and prices from measurements and product details that you enter. It is an estimating aid. It is not a structural design, a compliance certificate, or professional advice.

What stays your responsibility

• Confirming site measurements before ordering.
• Confirming coverage rates, pack sizes and prices with your supplier.
• Structural design, spans and footings, waterproofing compliance, movement joints, subfloor preparation, and every manufacturer installation requirement.
• The prices and margins you quote to your own customers.

Trial and billing

New accounts get 7 days of full access with no payment details required. After that, access continues on a paid plan at $19 per month or $190 per year, in Australian dollars, excluding GST. You can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your data

Your jobs and settings remain yours. In this release they are saved in the browser on the device where you create them, not synced between devices. Cancelling does not clear that local copy. See the privacy page for what is stored and how to remove it.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and correct, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or interruption. To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
