Privacy

This page describes what Setoutly stores and why. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email hello@setoutly.com.au and ask.

What we store

• Your email address and business name, so you can sign in and so your quotes carry your name.
• Your jobs currently stay in local browser storage on the device where you create them. They are not uploaded to our account database in this release.
• A subscription status and customer reference from our payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
• We do not use your job data to contact your customers.
• We do not require access to your accounting, calendar or contacts.

Where it lives

Account data is held in a managed Postgres database and is only readable by your own account. Job data currently stays in your browser. Payments are handled by Stripe and full card numbers never reach Setoutly. Hosting is provided by Vercel.

Deleting your data

Email hello@setoutly.com.au from your account address and we will delete your account data. Clear the site data in your browser to remove locally saved jobs. Account database backups roll off within 30 days.
